In a nutshell, I really have no clue what good Add/Remove Programs does anyone. About half the time it works fine, the other half it comes upon some .dll and tells me that it either can't find it or it's corrupted or something and then it STOPS in its tracks. You should not be tempted to "uninstall" any "Hotfixes" listed in the Add or Remove Programs section. They are listed there in the event your computer does not function properly after they are installed. Uninstalling them will uninstall the actual patches which were downloaded and installed from the Windows Update
